If the touchscreen stops responding.
Try a direct connection to your computer with a known-good data cable, then reopen Stream Deck. If that helps, check the hub, port and cable separately. Read the connection guide →
Your first video, in a few steps.
- Install Video Deck from its official Elgato Marketplace listing. Drag Play Videos onto a dial.
- Choose a local file. Use + Add video for more files, then choose Play this video.
- Turn to seek and press to pause or play. Enable sequential playback for your playlist and choose whether seeking resumes gently.
