How to play a video across your Stream Deck+ touchscreen
Give a favorite video the whole Stream Deck+ touchscreen. Set up Panorama, adjust the picture, and use the dials to revisit your favorite moments.

Keep a favorite moment in view
A family memory, a pet being a pet, or a view from a trip can make your desk feel a little more personal. Video Deck’s Play Panorama lets one video stretch across the whole Stream Deck+ touchscreen.
Choose a clip that you enjoy without sound. Landscapes and scenes with a clear subject work especially well on the wide display. For a longer recording, trim a copy around the moment you want to keep close.
Set up your first panorama
In the Stream Deck app, drag Video Deck → Play Panorama onto all four dials on a page. Choose the same panorama in each action’s settings, then select your video once.
A progress indicator appears while the video is being added. Larger or higher-resolution files can take a few minutes. When it is ready, your video starts playing across all four sections.
Make the picture yours
Adjust Picture fit, Zoom and position while watching your Stream Deck. Choose Fit the whole video to keep the complete picture visible, or Fill the strip for an edge-to-edge view. Fill may crop the top and bottom of your clip.
Move the picture until the person or detail you care about is in view. Watch a complete loop before settling on the framing—a subject that looks centered at the start might move toward an edge later.
Pause a moment or go back to it
Tap the touchscreen or press a dial to pause and resume. Turn any panorama dial to move backward or forward through the video.
If the video was playing, it gently resumes when you stop turning. If you paused it first, it stays paused so you can take your time finding the moment you want.
Give another page a different view
You can keep a different panorama on another page. Add Play Panorama to its four dials, choose New panorama, and select that same panorama on the other three actions. Then add the video you want for that page.
Each panorama shares its video and framing across the dials using it. Keep the page active and your Stream Deck+ awake while you want that video on display.
A few useful things to know
Playback is silent, at up to 30 frames per second. To ensure smooth playback and keep resource usage low, videos are limited to 5 minutes. If your video is longer, only the first 5 minutes will play.
Once your video has been added, it stays available even if you disconnect the original drive. To remove it, choose Remove in the panorama settings. This removes the video from every dial using that panorama, without deleting your original file.
